Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Protocol Acceptance
By accessing the ZEQRON network ("the Protocol"), you acknowledge that you are interacting with a decentralized, experimental post-quantum coordination protocol. These terms govern your use of the zeqron.network website and any associated interfaces.
2. Nature of the Protocol
ZEQRON is a distributed ledger utilizing post-quantum cryptographic primitives (ML-DSA, ML-KEM). As an alpha-stage network, the Protocol is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Users assume all risks associated with experimental cryptographic software and distributed systems.
3. Utility and Tokens
The ZQN token, if and when made available, is intended as a network participation asset for coordination functions described in protocol documentation. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or solicitation to acquire tokens or financial instruments. Availability, functionality, and regulatory treatment depend on jurisdiction, network readiness, and applicable legal documentation. ZEQRON is not an investment platform.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the Protocol for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, or bypassing international sanctions. While the Protocol is decentralized, individual operators may be subject to local jurisdictional compliance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Encrypia Labs and its contributors shall not be liable for any losses, including but not limited to loss of funds, data corruption, or system downtime. The decentralized nature of the network means that no single entity controls the state or has the ability to reverse transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
The ZEQRON core protocol is open-source. However, the "ZEQRON" brand, logos, and specific website designs are protected intellectual property. Refer to individual repository licenses for specific open-source permissions.
